I am Facilitator Shahana from Delhi. Graduated from the University of Science & Technology, Meghalaya also awarded as Best Social Worker and a Gold Medalist.
Working with government stakeholders in Bihar as a Gandhi Fellow gave me the boost I needed to become a more capable leader with more patience. After finishing my education, I left Delhi and equipped my personality to fit in with any rural area in India by working and studying in different states. My growth mentality and appreciation for all cultures and people are cultivated by the food, language barriers, and cultural differences.
